Sunday, October 1 and 8 – Truffle Fair Menu

For two consecutive Sundays, the Roico sul Lago di Codana restaurant looks forward to welcoming you for the Fiera del Tartufo (truffle fair)!
You can enjoy a romantic meal or a light, family lunch and taste dishes from a special menu dedicated to the fair:
Mixed cold cuts
Reggiano roulade with a cheese mousse and black truffle
Sfoglia ai peperoni (pepper-stuffed pastry)
Carne Cruda alla Monferrina (finely chopped raw meat Monferrina-style) with black truffle

Tajarin with porcini mushrooms
